Sterline Skincare Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended, but we will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days

    • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

    • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
      (Delivery times may vary based on location and carrier delays outside of our control.)

3. International Shipping:

  • We currently ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs, duties, or import taxes applied to their orders.

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the carrier’s website.

5. Shipping Address & Issues:

  • Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.

  • Sterline Skincare is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you experience an issue, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

6. Shipping Delays:

  • While we strive to meet all estimated delivery dates, shipping delays due to weather, carrier issues, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur. We appreciate your patience and recommend tracking your order for updates.

7. Damaged or Missing Items:

  • If your order arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package and items. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
